The Federal Group is attempting to scrap our entitlements. Not only do we have to deal with the recent penalty rates decision, the conditions we’ve secured in previous negotiations are under threat.
All across our industry, hospo workers are being ripped off. We’re paid below minimum wage. We’re not paid penalty rates. We’re forced to do endless unpaid work trials.
It’s not good enough. We deserve to be treated with respect and be paid what we’re owed.
This is about more than my job, her job, their job. As members of United Voice, we care about more than our own patch - we care about the lives of others.
